Title
St. George Coptic Orthodox Church
Description
Known as the church for newcomers, St. George stills off Foster Avenue near Thompson Lane and Nolensville. A gas station, that is Coptic-owned, sits 2 minutes up the road and is named after the church. The current priest is Father Sarapeon who prays his liturgies in three languages and is the only priest in Nashville to form a girls' choir in the front of row of the congregation. The church is known for its hymns' team.
